Lynda Mann is the CEO of Mann & Associates, a collaborative consulting firm specializing in training, executive coaching and organizational interventions focused on helping business leaders better manage task-focused differences and quickly resolve relationship-focused conflicts. She has more than 3,500 hours of speaking, facilitation and training platform time in key leadership and management topics. Classically trained as an ontological coach, Mann is a certified trainer, consultant and coach of workplace mediation. She is an experienced mediator and designated by the Mediation Training Institute as a Master Trainer and Subject Matter Expert in conflict resolution. A career military officer, Mann has consulted at all organizational levels within government and the private sector. Her consulting experience ranges from strategic initiatives to front-line interventions. She has in-depth experience in resolving diversity issues in both domestic and international settings. At NATO Mann launched the first-ever OD program designed to improve organizational performance. While responsible for all leadership training for the National Guard, Mann facilitated a management development course designed for individuals transitioning into their first management role. She also implemented a senior executive career course designed to prepare colonels to transition to the rank of general officer. To expand the National Guard’s capacity to provide OD services, Mann implemented a 16-week organization development consultant’s course that produced OD consultants serving units throughout the U.S.Mann is the Co-Founder and President of The YouthQuest Foundation, which provides critical thinking and problem solving skills training to at-risk youth, particularly high school dropouts, using CAD and 3D printing.
