Direct and perform JOHO AYR (Are You Ready) financial institution assessments. Work with financial institution executive and operational personnel to gather information necessary to provide comprehensive analysis and documentation for JOHO OneSource solution delivery.

Develop comprehensive project plans for all aspects necessary for timely and accurate completion of the transition to the company's core processing system and its integrated ancillary products and services for financial institutions.

Develop strong relationships with financial institution senior leadership team in order to gain an in-depth knowledge of their business. Work with internal development resources to maximize the value of services delivered to meet the financial institution's business goals.

Coordinate all aspects and oversee the team of specialists responsible for implementing the company's core processing system. Develop, manage and maintain project implementation plan. Insure timely and accurate project completion.

Analyze training needs, prepare documentation and deliver presentations and workshops for internal and external programs.
