Working within a busy office, I am responsible for assisting all colleagues with administration and receptions duties involved in the centre. I accurately record all incoming and outgoing mail for tracking and audit purposes. I have sole responsibility for the petty cash loggings, ordering stationery, raising purchase orders when needed. I arrange training sessions with external providers, booking clients on to the course and booking the appropriate room and equipment when necessary. I also deal with the trainee payments so they get the weekly allowance for being in centre or placement. I deal with all invoices and send them to relevant people and raise them when needed. I prepare all programme paperwork, workbooks and training materials, I also complete assessments for customer doing different courses.
