Iâm a qualitative researcher working in the construction, infrastructure and energy (fuel crisis) sectors. Iâm a people person first and foremost, and a professional questioner. I love to inform decision making and make connections using evidence and insights collected from customers, members and industry professionals. B2B research in the construction industry is a particular strength, along with customer liaison and making connections between people and businesses. I'm also an accomplished software trainer and presenter. In previous roles, I managed theatre and orchestra box offices and worked in software support and training for an international software company that provided ticketing systems for arts, entertainment and leisure venues.
