Assisting the Year 11 students in planning their leadership expeditions, empowering them to take ownership of their camp experience. I provide supervision and support during the expeditions, allowing students the freedom to lead and develop their skills in decision-making, teamwork, and resilience in a real-world outdoor setting.

Assisting youth members (aged 14 to 18) to participate, assist, and lead in an Adventurous, Fun, Challenging, and Inclusive Scout program thereby delivering non-formal education using the scout method.

Develop and maintain programs relating to conducting and supervising adventurous activities based on scouting and community standards, for recommendation to the Team leader. Develop and maintain programs for the training of members in adventurous activities in consultation with the Team leader Coordinate orgnaisation of staffing and equipment for the portfolio of adventurous activities. Encourage and assist members in the interpretation of and compliance with adventurous activity policies.

Providing academic support for fellow students such as task management and analysing assignment questions, researching, referencing and using relevant supporting evidence, academic integrity,reading, listening and note-taking, academic writing, proofreading and editing strategies,oral presentations, basic computer skills such as formatting and page set-up.

I owned and ran Happy Little Monkeys Playgroup in Cape Town, South Africa which catered for up to 12 children aged 2 - 4.
