Participate in the development and design overall recruitment strategy for staff. Implement and evaluate programs and processes to attract staff. Lead efforts to promote and market IT careers and employment at UITS/IU in specific utilizing a wide variety of venues: job fairs, social media, internal and external advertising agencies, interactive job seeker systems and software.Provide expertise to hiring managers in areas including but not limited to; advertising, outreach, application review, interviewing, selection, salary setting, hiring approvals, background checks, e-verify employment eligibility.Provide expertise to applicants including but not limited to: resume writing, job search, job requirements, access to the online application system. Participate in staff onboarding and continued employment issues.Sharing critical information such as demographics, position, hire, termination, work authorization, salary, promotions, demotions, and benefit eligibility.

Coordinate services and support to UITS management and staff on the IUB, IUPUI and regional campuses with 900+ full-time staff members. Serve as primary contact on all recruitment and provide liaison to job applicants and campus HR offices. Oversee projects related to HR database and website, updating the website, and conducting information research to ensure website and handbooks are up-to-date. Serve as a primary point of contact for IUPUI staff (remotely and on-site) for human resources needs.
