Conducted a qualitative research project in three remote rural areas of Laos investigating social and cultural barriers to adolescent girls continuing education after primary school. Designed the research methodology and instruments, trained supervisors, interns and government staff in data collection and analysis methods. Analysed, reported and presented the findings and recommendations to agencies working in Laos.

I conducted a Legal Needs Analysis of three local government areas in south-west Victoria examining the general population's and specific communities' met and unmet legal needs. The study involved conducting workshops and the collection, analysis, interpretation and reporting of quantitative and qualitative data.The research and its recommendations are being used in strategic planning.
