Health, IDEAS (Indigenous Eyes And Screening) is an integrated project centered around a mobile ophthalmic treatment center that travels 5,000 klms around Qld each month to rural and remote communities. A comprehensive Telehealth retinal screening program across 45 communities ensures that referred patients receive treatment on board from visiting and local ophthalmologist , optometrist and orthoptist. A Telehealth Endocrinology program connects remote diabetes sufferes to PA Hospital.

Subsidary of the Diamond Jubilee Trust Australia formed to facilitate the $5million donation of specific funds for the IDEAS Initiative in Qld. Established the Board of Directors and Clinical Advisors.Created a team of experts to design the mobile facility, the delivery model and provide oversight for its implementation.Be the honest broker and deliver the donor promise.

The World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) is a specialised agency of the United Nations and the leading international organisation in the field of tourism. The United Nations World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) plays a central role in promoting the development of responsible, sustainable and universally accessible tourism with a focus on the interests of developing countries. Its membership includes 161 nations and more than 300 affiliate members representing the private sector, educational institutions, tourism associations and local tourism authorities.

The Task Force for the Protection of Children in Tourism is an open-ended network featuring the multi-stakeholder participation of a range of tourism stakeholders, from governments, international organisations and non-governmental organisations (NGOs) to tourism industry groups and media associations. Originally formed in 1997, since 2007 its mandate has been to prevent all forms of youth exploitation in the tourism sector (i.e. sexual exploitation, child labour and child trafficking).

Offers indigenous children from regional, rural and remote communities and towns across Australia the opportunity for a first-class secondary education.

Designed the Digital Partnership South Africa and subsequently the Digital Partnership Ethiopia. Enlisted the support of a wide-ranging network of private sector corporations, national governments and competing global IT companies to establish a comprehensive infrastructure of training, development, health and education projects. This ongoing initiative has enabled thousands of schools, students, communities and health projects in Africa to have the chance to experience the many benefits of technology.

Established a leadership organisation and a non-competitive platform for co-operation focussed on sustainability and environmental management with 21 global hotel companies. Created the ITP Governing Council with Presidents and CEO of supporting companies and the funding strategy for ITP to be a standalone organisation. Worked at CEO and board level to engage leading global corporations in international programs and initiatives, including facilitating strategic business partnerships with international development agencies. Initiated and developed leading edge tools, publications and strategies which were adopted by the global hotel industry as standards. Led the campaign on sustainability and environmental awareness and positioned ITP as the ‘responsible voice’ of the global hotel industry.

Established YCI in 1995 to provide education to help the growing problem of child exploitation and the lack of opportunities for those at risk, using the skills of executives and business partners of five star hotels in Thailand. The program proved to be a huge success with the engagement of 23 international hotels . Significant support was obtained from by AIG, AVON, Standard Chartered Bank and the Education Department of Thailand. In 2000, after a speech at a UN meeting, the Princes Charities offered to support the global expansion of the program under the umbrella of The Prince of Wales International Business Leaders Forum. Now established in 13 countries and supported by international development agencies and global companies, YCI has become a robust public/private partnership focused on poverty alleviation and youth empowerment. It still continues today under the stewardship of Business and the Community.

Pan Pacific Career Development Institute: Designed and established the Career Development Institute (CDI) on the Gold Coast which operated for 8 years until the hotel was sold.. Training Manager Pan Pacific Gold Coast: Responsible for the training of all staff prior to the opening of the first Pan Pacific Hotel in Australia and ongoing training after the hotel was opened.
