Lyndall Mitchell is Australia’s foremost wellness expert with more than 27 years leading the wellness sector in Australia. She is the Founder and CEO of Aurora Spa, the country’s premier award-winning urban spa that employs more than 100 staff. The spa is internationally renowned for treatments and products that maximize therapeutic benefits as well as delivering a sublime, restorative spa experience. Lyndall’s entire career has been focused on wellbeing, from her earliest work experience as a teenager at Queensland’s pioneering health retreat Camp Eden in the late 1980s. By the time she was 21 she was Program Director for Camp Eden and part of the management team.Lyndall relocated to Melbourne in 1997, the same year she established Aurora Spa in a grand residence in Bayside Melbourne. Aurora Spa set a new benchmark in spas and spa treatments in the Southern Hemisphere. In 2000, she relocated the Aurora Spa to The Prince. The Aurora brand expanded in 2008 with the launch of a luxury spa and beauty range ASPAR. The products were based on Lyndall’s own formulas. ASPAR is now stocked in more than 30 locations. Lyndall established a second Aurora Spa at Palazzo Versace on Australia’s Gold Coast in 2011.Lyndall’s Executive Wellbeing Coaching is a natural extension of her life experience in wellness. She offers her clients a deep knowledge of all aspects of wellbeing as well as insights gained from leading a fast-growth retail and wholesale business. Lyndall privately coaches a limited number of clients including senior executives, business owners and teams. Lyndall also delivers the Masterclass of Wellness with leading executive coach Shannah Kennedy.
