I fell in love with Mindfulness about a year ago. I fell in love with Yoga a L-O-N-G time ago, so I knew the benefits of breathing and quieting the brain. Breathing is such an automatic necessity. It is a life-sustaining habit. Being conscious of our breathe takes us to a whole new level. Something so simple - and so powerful. Being a life coach is wonderful. You can't make people do or behave any which way. There is persuasion and adoption and in the middle is practice. Coaching is about education - the what and the why. Coaching is about Persuasion. It's about Accountability. And finally Celebrating!Before Mindfulness: Experienced Principal Interior Designer. Skilled in AutoCAD, Textiles, Finish, Elevations, and Lighting. Bachelor's degree focused in Interior Design from NY School of Interior Design.

My CLIPP Certification has led to these outstanding, rewarding projects! One is a complete renovation of a 5' x 10' bathroom. We are working virtually with our client and local contractors. Our tile is being sourced at Tile & Decor and our Vanity from Adaptive Living Store. Bathroom lighting is our favorite Lamps Plus. We have 95% of the prep work complete and thrilled to start demolition!Second project is with a beautiful client, Elsie. She lives in an almost 100 year old home! We are applying the LIPI's formula of Now - Soon - Later for doing what is most important! We recommended grab bars and a bench to allow easier access into the shower with a tub 'in the way'. We are delighted to be working with Homecare America, Jupiter FL! Making homes safe, healthy and comfortable!

This lovely woman wanted to change her color scheme and that's what we did! New carpets and upholstery! New pillows and new accessories. From very pretty to oh my goodness! We did a re-arrange on the living room and bedroom as well and this made a fantastic difference!Why not love the space your in? It may have served you well, but is it time for a change? That was the decision in this case.
