Lynda Nance has over twenty years of experience in a variety of executive business management roles including Plant and Operations Manager, Director of Continuous Improvement, Quality, Purchasing, and Organizational Development. She has been a professional trainer and facilitator for over 15 years, in many industries including aerospace, injection molding, machining, furniture, retail, restaurant, service, and non-profit. Currently, as the owner of Nance Business Solutions, Lynda works with small business owners to shape their growth strategies.Lynda holds an M.B.A. in General Business and a B.B.A. in Finance from Grand Valley State University. Lynda is actively involved in the community through volunteering her time as a Board member and committee member to non-profit agencies.
