I maintained customer confidence and protected all operations by keeping information confidential. Conserving his time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence, I drafted letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; and initiating telecommunications. The position ended when all correspondence was handled through the New York office because of anthrax attacks in the United States, also known as Amerithrax.

I loved this job, it was so much fun!! Enjoyed this job so much they had to remind me to pick up my paycheck. Designed and implemented Bible based media-rich literary curriculum. After personal study it was so rewarding to share the story of Gods love for us with children of all ages and assist with the school chapel service, and serve at the Eucharist. Created lessons integrating character-building for every student in the school and taught each class once a week. Well educated in the disease process and its management, I directed the department that planned and provided structured activities, religious services of all faiths, provided groef support for families, and performed funerals. I visited each resident regularly and made notes to their chart for the use of the Care Team or legal purposes. Attended Care Team regular meetings. The position terminated when Manor Care removed CHAPLAINS from their memory care assisted living product. Programs were timed and varied, preserving a routine in the familiar surroundings of home, integrating unique life experiences of the past with present interests, based on functional abilities and maximized these abilities in a therapeutic environment. Arden Courts provides a safe and pleasing home for individuals with memory loss in a residential living alternative designed for individuals diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease and other types of memory impairments. It offers the services traditionally associated with an assisted living residence, while taking into account the special needs of individuals with memory loss including safety, building layout, activities and dietary needs.
