Built and maintained relationships with clients while fine-tuning social media strategies, discussing client content requests and reviewing analytics reports. Work with both the clients and writing team to create a social media program that helps meet the individual client’s marketing goals. Measure and analyze clients’ social media initiatives and engagement. Interpret and evaluate analytics to refine the content strategy and achieve optimum results.

Responsible for the social media accounts for 20 small business clients. Work ranged from client service to producing over 160 blog posts per month.
