I am a third-year student in the Bachelor of International Studies degree, driven by strong passion for gender intersection, community-building, and sustainability. My experiences have shaped me to become well-versed in interdisciplinary and critical thinking, intercultural communication, and maintaining strong cultural and global awareness for myself and others.I have accumulated over five years of experience in the customer service industry, I have developed the art of building strong rapport with customers, including culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds. Through my experiences, I have consistently found ways to build genuine relationships with my colleagues and clients.My roles as an International Studies student and experienced retail worker have helped me develop various soft skills, particularly in interpersonal communication.
