• Create and maintain a style guide.
• Research standard best practices and develop design stories that are intuitive and user friendly.
• Implement design stories into a Figma flowchart that accounts for all scenarios and meets all project requirements to give the developer clear direction for coding the story.
• Design mockups for webpages, emails and other media that adhere to a style guide in order to maintain cohesiveness.

• Identify and execute testing scenarios based on UX wireframes, design mockups, and developer notes.
• Receive and dissect customer tickets to deduce if the bug is within our software.
• Locate all malfunctions within the software requiring great attention to detail.
• Compile concise documentation to report bug fixes and suggestions made to a project during the testing phase and store those updates in a tracking software.
• Admin a source of regression testing scenarios that is then shared with the team.
• Examine software changes in multiple browsers/platforms for bugs, grammar mistakes, user compatibility difficulties, display issues, and JavaScript errors.
