A main focus within this role is the management of the Trust’s ERIC report, regarding all of our buildings across our 40+ locations. I am the main point of contact for all data system queries within CAD and the lead administrator of data updates and uploading change requests. Within this role I support the space planning team with graphical and analytical reports for the purpose of solution development, I manage space requests, CAD drawings and Data systems/tags. Working along with the property team to compile the annual asset valuation documents.• Onsite surveys across 40+ locations• Data management from redundant systems and integration• CAD Usage and updating drawings and relevant assets• Lead on Key reports such as ERIC, Asset valuation and lease updates• Provide data analytics, presentations and ensure the different systems are all up to date• Coordinate all projects and change initiatives in relation to Space requests, Data systems and maintenance• Managing risk registers, establishing risk review meetings to ensure these are mitigated.• Liaise with stakeholders across departments.

This role as a regional manager based within the operations team was to oversee multiple establishments, throughout the United Kingdom. During peak times these establishments can collectively cater for over 10,000 international students. Creating and ensuring training so that an engaging program was provided and respective logistics. Providing training and information to over 80 centre managers to ensure they have the tools to train the summer staff. Formulate and enact more performance driven processes to ensure ease of information flow, and resolution of any items in a timely manner. Booking of facilities and logistics for trips throughout the country and ensuring that budgetary requirements are being met without sacrificing quality. • Providing a senior role in safeguarding• Ensuring information and registration at all security points is correct• Keeping Hubs in line with legislation and policies• Assist in the recruiting of over 300+ seasonal staff

This position was to undertake the companies digital and physical relocation, with policies and procedures to be developed to aid this transition to a permanent basis. Ensuring that BAU workloads weren’t negatively affected by these implementations to further this project to completion. The level of change management involved was at Enterprise as during the move adaptation of new ways of working were developed. These policies allowed us to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of employees. The managing of assets such as IT and labour/ customs in other countries definitly helps to add a unique feel fro this position
