Sr. National Accounts Coordinator - Program Manager
Current- Partner with sales teams to pursue new business opportunities through RFP processes.- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on account management, MSP, and VMS systems to guide team members and foster account growth.- Cultivate strong relationships within the industry and technical communities to drive sales and expand solutions/services.- Develop and maintain knowledge bases for internal stakeholders.- Manage client expectations and communications, ensuring proactive reporting and issue resolution.- Oversee delivery execution and maintain a collaborative team environment with a sense of urgency.- Coordinate processes for efficient operations.- Drive delivery performance through reporting, strategy refinement, and best practices.- Meet financial goals while continuing professional development in account, industry, and service offerings.
