Worked directly with the partners and the IT teams to manage the communication of bugs and enhancements to and from these teams. Training modules and simulations recorded in Captivate with supporting Powerpoint deck.Headhunted to work directly with the Enterprise Partner Group(EPG) Process & Tools Division within EPG Sales Enablement via Austech Inc., to assess, redesign, record and deliver the online and classroom EPG CRM Tools Training programs. Invited to join the associate team of trainers to deliver accelerated learning skills to schools across the UK. Delivered the one day program to 1000+ children and their teachers, ensuring the memory techniques and accelerated learning skills were understood & continued. Ages of children ranged from 6years to 16years audience sizes were over 100 children and their teachers at each workshop.

I volunteered to coach a group of young offenders on a weekly basis. This was quite an experience and highly rewarding to empower and enlighten these lost souls.

 Managed all UK Sales force “change” to CRM culture, by delivering training activity to 800+ individuals (some international - S. Africa, Milan, Munich, Paris, Dublin, Edinburgh) as part of an EMEA team of 3, in the Siebel proposition management/sales enterprise tracking application, for an international sales force of 2000+. Understanding their CRM processes, was vital to this task Culture change: despite Siebel’s immense potential as a proactive tool it was initially under-used, even resented in some quarters as a US imposition; in order to champion the system it was necessary to find ground for communication with senior tiers of sales managers (for SMB, Certified Partners & End Customer Sales), understanding their interactions & world class sales models as well as the business context for a range of connectivity hardware that finds its way into almost every IT solution, large or small, anywhere on earth...Advantaging the company by motivating and training staff to use Siebel for sales activity has ensured greater data accuracy and availability, dramatically reduced time wastage and the opportunity bonus of centralized ownership of all knowledge

Invited to join training team for supporting transformation of accounting systems involving 1000+ staff over 16 months adapting to new operational methods and new technology (transfer from Walker general ledger to Essbase with Excel front end + additional Y2K project work).• Began with focused training for Management Accountants in new methodologies to transfer skills and create acceptance and involvement in further system development as it was being built by consultants; wrote or co-wrote; delivered and assessed results of this course and all others listed. • Selected to lead the Global Accounting Communications Team. Suggested created and delivered highly successful “EMPOWERMiNT” Workshops to 150+ members of the Global Accounting Project, voluntary participants with their jobs theoretically under threat, successfully enrolling and aligning them with global corporate strategy to centralise enterprise functions in London with consequent fall-out in international centres.• Scoped, phased and planned a series of successful add-ons to this process, including communications skills workshops for the GAP team (50+) to prepare them for a large international symposium on corporate direction and other aspects of their key role in change (Senior Management to Admin staff levels). Led the team who organised the 3 day international symposium, involving process change communication to world wide colleagues in 3 simultaneous classes * 6 classes / day + personally delivered the key note speech each day. • Creation of a corporate communication channel through an international newsletter. Bad news was communicated effectively to worldwide regions who were “victims” of the Change.
