Lyn Dippel is a Principal and COO at Bay Point Wealth. As an Advisor, she developed her niche working with women as they negotiate life transitions such as the loss of a spouse, divorce, career moves, selling a business, or retirement. She is skilled at listening carefully to ensure she provides guidance consistent with her client's values, helping to turn their challenges and fears into confidence and positive outcomes.In her role as Chief Operating Officer, Lyn oversees the day-to-day administrative and operational functions at Bay Point Wealth and is responsible for ensuring that all corporate processes and procedures comply with the law. Lyn holds a law degree from George Mason University School of Law and a bachelor of arts from the University of Richmond. She also holds the prestigious Certified Financial Planner® certification and is an active member of the Financial Planning Association of Maryland, NAPFA and the National Estate Planning Council. Lyn believes strongly in giving back to the community. She has been a member of the General Assembly Compensation Commission since 2018 and she also serves as a Board Member for Samaritan House in Annapolis helping men on their journey to an addiction-free life. In the past, she has volunteered as a mentor with Executive Alliance whose mission is to accelerate the success and leadership of accomplished women by expanding their impact and influence through advocacy, education, and mentorship. Lyn loves to be outdoors and in her off-work hours, you will often find her hiking, boating, and building permaculture landscapes. Lyn lives in Annapolis, Maryland, and works out of Bay Point Wealth’s Annapolis office.
