•Hardware Sales - I currently handle our install base of over 1000 Non-active customers who have not purchased anything from Manhattan Associates in over 3-4 years.•Engage and look for opportunities through Telemarketing, email, mail, catalogs, trade-shows, utilization of our partners, and any other creative mechanism to gain their trust.•Account Management – Keeping in touch with current customers who were re-engaged to forecast future needs.
