The internet brought new opportunities so I contracted out for marketing, design and web companies utilising new coding skills within Dreamweaver and Flash. Typical roles were designing web templates for sites, banners and e-flyers, coordinating site updates and web campaigns. Roles then became available with interface design involved creating wireframes.

Lead a department consisting of designers, artworkers, prepress, 3D CAD, and digital print. I built relationships with major agencies on pitfalls of the design process and new printing techniques, the best artworking procedures and image manipulation. Chaired meetings initiating briefs in conjunction with the account manager and designer, thereby ensuring.

Adding to the earlier role I was tasked with projects, linking 3D and design services and streamlining workflows. Responsibility increased for developing strategies for each department and maintaining momentum and daily planner. Managing the capability included compiling reports for major tenders, conducting PDRs for staff, preparing KPIs and adherence to.

Built department from 2 to team of 4 staff. Checked artwork from design agencies, through to approval, and providing digital files for film-setting and print.
