Systems Technical Engineer
CurrentAs an Helpdesk Support:* Monitor and respond quickly to incoming requests or tickets relate to IT issues or Harness Best Engineering System (HBS) (In-house system).* Perform troubleshooting and investigation* Provide countermeasure and perform correspondence* Perform installation, monitoring and maintenance of Harness Best Engineering System (HBS)* Perform daily monitoring task on overseas servers and local affiliate companies (Network Connectivity, Disk Capacity, Warning Messages and etc.)* Ensure tickets are regularly updated and employees and management are updated on Incidents and requests* Documents investigation and countermeasure procedures for end-users and weekly and monthly reports.* Redirect unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel* Fulfil other duties as required by management and other department personnel as requested/required.As an IT Governance:* Ensure necessary awareness for the IT policies and procedures* Assist in developing policies, with knowledge in IT security guidelines and computer usage* Ensure best practice risk mitigation and assessment functions are maintained to comply with companies strategy
