My first real job was nothing less than a dream job. The never-ending pursuit for excellence I labored for each day awarded me with a professional contract to play baseball for the Los Angeles Dodgers organization at 19 years of age. Professionally, my career lasted 6 seasons. Playing sports all my life gave me the spirit of teamwork and leadership. Personally, I take pride in the ability to direct complex projects from concept to fully operational status. I would label myself as a goal-oriented individual with strong leadership capabilities. Striving always to remain organized, highly motivated, and a detail-directed problem solver. In conjunction with the proven ability to work in unison with staff, volunteers, and a board of directors. I have confidence that I convey exceptional communications skills with every age group of people. Furthermore, as a former employee working within the confines of an enormous distribution center of over 600,000sq.ft. and more than 1,000 employees. I recognize that everyone is indeed an intricate part of the team, and every role is essential toward the overall team goal of efficiency.
