• First point of contact for new clients, face to face as well as through our operating system.• System maintenance (FORTIX), updating/amending/revising where necessary to suit our clients, ensuring we are keeping competitive within the market. • Compiling sales quotations for clients.• Compiling job specific scope of works for the graphic designer and production staff.• Co-ordination with clients on scheduling and methodology of installation. • Scheduling of delivery program in order to co-ordinate staff and sub contractors. • Job specific procurement locally and internationally.• Stock control, liaising with suppliers to ensure we always have the correct/ adequate media• Management of office facilities.• Diary management for the Managing Director.• Petty Cash Reconciliation.
