Lyndsay’s wellness journey started in college during her Health Behavior Change class. She has always been intrigued with the different reasons “why” people choose to change their behaviors (or not). Fast forward 20 years later, Lyndsay uses her combined experience in health and nutrition, yoga, and Ayurveda to ask her students and clients “How do you want to feel” to address their emotional and health concerns (e.g. anxiety, depression, digestive issues). She knows if people get clear on how they want to reconnect with their bodies, they will be more likely to sustain the behavior changes.As a Certified Ayurveda Wellness Coach Lyndsay would take the “back to basics” approach and has worked with clients through the lens of food, meditation, herbology, and lifestyle changes. Lyndsay works with clients and students online and in the yoga community in Charlotte NC.
