Delivering the Work Programme alongside Jobcentre Plus, assisting the unemployed to gain sustained employment. Working with local employers to reduce the unemployment rate in the area.As one of South Yorkshires leading welfare to work employment and training providers, we work in partnership with Serco, Jobcentre Plus, the Skills Funding Agency and other external agencies and partnership. We support our customers so that they can return to work through a variety of Government endorsed programmes.Our programmes are funded by the government and therefore Phoenix Enterprises can offer this effective service absolutely free of charge.Each year we support hundreds of employers by successfully recruiting, training, screening and retaining their candidates. Managing a team of around 30-40 carers and 200+ clients, ensuring rotas were completed and all calls covered. Risk assessments on each client and care plans created and monitored closely. Ensuring all staff training was up to date. I was responsible for interviewing new staff members and assisted with induction training.
