Responsible for all functioning aspects of the business including but not limited to: hiring, training and maintaining employees. Keep all accounting books current (payable and receivable), handle all employee scheduling and requests, compile and execute all employee reviews, handle all employee contact, order retail products, communicate with multiple vendors, execute machine maintenance as well as troubleshoot any unforeseen circumstances, extensive customer service, extensive in-store knowledge of product, utilize price comparison shopping for all retail products/supplies (including office supplies), execute all payroll, maintain all tax reports, maintain building requirements, uphold a strict budget (standard for a small business) as well as any stepping into any other business related roles needed.

Branch Office Manager: Responsible for maintaining all office services (including but not limited to) organizing office operations and procedures; designing filing systems; reviewing and approving supply requisitions; assigning and monitoring clerical functions, controlling correspondence between on-site coordinators, warehouse managers and clients; extensive knowledge of all rental equipment; ability to build client contracts; accounts payable and receivable (for single branch only). Sales Event Coordinator: Responsible for selling, designing and executing overall look for high-end events including (but not limited to) weddings, product launches, fashion shows, conferences, exhibitions, galas, corporate functions and festivals; execute decor planning, consulting and project management; ensure the successful setup and implementation of specialty events. Oversee and direct all aspects of individual projects including production and design from conception, proposal, creation and budgeting through project pre-production, installation and completion.
