Over 20 years English teaching experience in the UK, NZ and Japan and STILL enthusiastic in the wonderful world of ESOL. Every student has the ability to learn, and as a teacher it is my job to adapt classes to suit the need and bring out the best. Engaging the whole class while keeping an eye on the individual. Regular formative assessments keeping students aware of their progress and addressing the issues that arise effectively and in time. Keeping abreast of what's happening in the TESOL world new ideas, teaching techniques and philosophies are part and parcel of teaching. An enduring interest in the English language it's origins and development is a constant in life.
