Psycho-Oncology Program performing initial assessments and follow-up psychological care utilizing mindfulness and cognitive behavioral interventions to help patients adjust to illness and incorporate healthy coping strategies. My clinical interests include assessment and psychotherapy with patients dealing with chronic medical illness and subsequent anxiety, depression and adjustment disorders. I work with patients to modify unhealthy thoughts and behaviors to enhance quality of life with an emphasis on treating the whole person.
