Hi, I'm Lyndsey and as Managing Director at tmWare, I not only love all things tech and logistics but I am passionate about making the customer experience with us a great one on all levels. I started working at tmWare in 2004 alongside my parents who founded the company in 1984. My brother Kieron joined the same year as me and together we have taken the business from strength to strength, utilising the latest technologies available and building on the strong customer focused ethos that our clients know and enjoy. Having worked as a great team together, my parents finally decided to ease up and take a little more time for themselves back in 2018. This is when Kieron and I were appointed DirectorstmWare has a long standing history of helping logistics companies to better manage their processes using our experience coupled with a solutions oriented culture. Software development and support is provided from a grass roots approach with everything being kept in house. We believe strongly in providing a flexible and proactive service for our customers, which we believe can only be delivered by remaining a small and single site team. We have clients in many sectors of the logistics industry, including air freight, fulfillment, freight shipping, food and grocery and even carpets! All of our customers say the same thing about why they stay with us for so long - our ability to turnaround the best solutions for them. This is achieved by listening to the requirement and having an understanding of both their business, the industry and of course, the software. It's that personal and dedicated approach that has seen us through the past (almost 40!) years and the same approach will keep us going for many more.
