Analyzed Kingstown, RI single family home market to determine if company should purchase 30 acres of land to build housing development. Analysis discovered issues related to environmental cleanup of proposed site, thereby sparing company associated remediation costs. Launched sales effort in June 2008 and reached 50% sell out by May 2009, successfully selling over $10,000,000 in real estate.
