Oversee all corporate development activities for The Association’s 3 branch offices including Regional Development Directors staff activities.Corporate relationship development, management, and retention for the Kansas City area and oversee corporate development for each regional branch staff consisting of three branch offices in Kansas, Nebraska and western Missouri. Managed the Royal Lancer Program, which is a volunteer sales force of executives that sold and renewed season tickets. The Royal Lancers were executive-level community leaders and business owners who volunteered and dedicated their time to ensuring the sales program was a success thereby ensuring the success of the club in the community. Organized the incentive program which included maintaining thorough and accurate records of all events, sales strategies and plans, organized point tracking and awarding of incentive prizes to all sales representatives. Organized and implemented events such as season ticket dinners, cocktail parties, holiday parties, golf tournaments, Lancer team-building luncheons and group travel. Created and maintained budgets for each event. Created layouts, wrote and distributed correspondence to the group including monthly newsletters, Lancer directories, informational travel booklets and weekly correspondence.
