Managed 2 programs of work centered around Digitising self service opportunities for customers, related to making changes to their policies online, IVR deflections to those self service capabilities, and replicating these changes to customers calling their Agencies aswell.Key conduit between Technology and Business resources, providing oversight to backlog items, management of flow through the system and weekly Leadership communications including Risks and Issues. This includes implementing Prioritisation of Work techniques and initiation & facilitation of a new Intake Process. Was also heavily involved in Outcome Based Delivery transition activities, facilitation of Discovery & Framing sessions and intake activities for upcoming work to ensure technology architecture is understood and all required teams were aligned on scope and timing. Lean Project Mgt for multiple Epics within these programs (when multiple teams are involved), to ensure collaboration, cohesion and alignment to Epic goals and dates. By 2022 end I will have shepherded 15 projects within these 2 Programs, this year.
