As a Design Director, I was responsible for all apparel categories and accessories including footwear. I led the design team to in formulating visionary quaterly concepts and maping out product design trajectories for three distinct brands and lifestyles: Petite, Missy and Plus size, ensuring resonance with each segment. I spearheaded the color and print development process, collaborating closely with textile and graphic designers to conceive commercially viable and appealing patterns that brought vibrancy to the top collections. Prints made a substantial contribution to strengthening the blouse and knit tops business. I had the privilege of representing the brand in various media events, including television appearances and videos.

I managed a talented design/CAD team and fit technical team consisting of sixteen members, promoting efficient communication and nurturing a constructive work atmosphere.I forged close collaborations with the marketing and visual teams, to optimize brand and product presentations across diverse marketing initiatives and in-store environments.
