Greetings Friends!I've been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2002 and am proud to provide a full range of treatment modalities from Deep Tissue Massage to Prenatal Massage to Reiki, and much more.In 2020 I became a Certified Pilates Instructor. I love mentoring clients as they create a personal and sustainable definition of “wellness”; a definition which is as unique as each individual. I have also worked as a labor and delivery Doula. Although I'm not currently a practicing Doula, supporting birthing people and their partners has been a highlight of my professional and personal journey. I'm humbled by the wisdom each birthing person imparted to me and wish to express deepest gratitude to those who invited me to share in a pivotal moment in their lives. I was also a travel agent for many years! I met so many wonderful Hamiltonians and cherish those memories, particularly the vicarious adventures I undertook through my many amazing clients.
