Led the team of Proposal Managers responsible for preparing various lump-sum, turnkey proposals, in cooperation with other divisions and regional offices. Established project strategies tailored to client needs.Responsible for engineering services performed out of the division’s international offices, including:- North Africa: Libya, Morocco, Algeria;- Middle East: Kuwait, United Arab Emirates;- South America: Colombia, Peru.Developed and implemented the following processes:- Basic design validation and completion: technology selection, design philosophies, PFDs, P&IDs, heat and mass balance, mechanical specifications for equipment, general layout plan and piping;- Optimization and value engineering;- Identification, selection and development of relations with equipment suppliers in China and India;- Methodology and basis of cost estimate development.
