Witness the quarterly, midyear & annual conduct of physical inventory and disposal of various company assets Documents and evaluates critical business processes to ascertain areas for improvement and reduce costs Identifies high risk area where fraud and noncompliance are likely to occur Report audit findings, recommend corrective actions and assist in appraising the adequacy of the corrective action taken to improve the deficient conditions Conducts any reviews or special studies requested by top management and the board of directors which do not compromise the independence and objectivity of the function.
