Currently I coordinate end-to-end business operations including clinical care, education to home-based patients, and treatment for patients experiencing Alpha-1, primary immune deficiencies, neurologic, and autoimmune conditions. Moreover I maintain overall quality standards as well as direct the delivery of high-level patient care, services, and support. This role also calls on me to facilitate patient consultations as well as enlighten patient on strategic plans of care while delivering accurate reports/documentation on pertinent patient data to physicians. Furthermore I monitor Renew Health Services annual budget and develop/implement marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility and communications. Other duties include fostering relations between patients, specialty pharmacy, and physicians. Finally, I ensure the confidentiality of sensitive patient files, prepare/deliver invoices, and preserve integrity of inventory/supplies.Selected Achievements:• Achieved 100% patient satisfaction rating by advocating for patients' needs and delivering care with compassion and empathy.• Expedited access to key patient information by designing digital nursing notes system to reduce time taken to populate nursing notes following patient visits by 24 hours.

Presently I spearhead the Imaging departments staff including the activities of the Radiology and Diagnostic Imaging departments. Moreover, I regulate adherence to current MRI safety protocols and standards for staff/patients.In addition to implementing best practices to secure and maintain accreditation, I conduct reviews of work schedules, delegate task to maintain patient flow, and devise/execute lesson plans/curriculum to guarantee image quality as well as facilitate training and development of MRI staff and other departmental members.Selected Achievements:• Educated imaging staff/students regarding patient safety, physician protocols, imaging techniques, quality assurance, and quality control as MRI and radiology preceptor.• Recognized for maintaining ICAMRL accreditation for MRI department.

During my tenure as Lead MRI Technologist I coordinated daily operations for the Imaging Department including patient scheduling and daily workflow. Moreover, I cultivated and fostered relations with physicians during collaborations to instruct MRI staff in protocols/procedures, guidelines, and standards. Finally I supported Radiologists diagnosis by examining images to determine quality while implementing best practices to obtain and maintain accreditation.Selected Achievement:• Established policies and procedures for staff/patients in radiology department to ensure employee health and safety.
