• Responsible for the day to day operations of the Fort Myers campus including student issues/complaints, substitutions, instructor feedback and guidance, during which time the program grew from 30 students and 3 instructors to more than 140 students and 9 instructors.• Developed the online component of the program for students to use in college preparation courses to familiarize students with the technology needed for degree programs.• Developed and trained instructors in using an online component for communication and pooling resources and materials.• Conducted weekly faculty meetings to share ideas and methods, and assure that the instructors are coordinating material.• Responsible for textbook selection; met with representatives from publishers to stay abreast of trends in textbooks and multi-media programs.• Consistently received high performance evaluations for teaching a full-time course load.
