• Oversight of HR functions to include recruitment, hiring and on-boarding practices, benefits and retirement for employees, training, performance reviews, grievances, succession planning and professional development.• Responsible for administrative HR functions to include personnel actions, retention practices, policy development and implementation of best practices.• Responsible for the organization, delivery, and quality of YMCA programs to the membership, program participants and community. • Responsible for oversight of programs, supervision of program directors, budgeting, committee involvement, campaign involvement and grant management.• Assist the Executive Director on various projects, committee work and strategic planning.

• Oversight of operations, facility services and residential living, to include supervision of case management, independent living, and quality assurance of the Wyoming Girls School (WGS); • Administration of quality assurance and risk management functions; monitors adherence to statutory authority, state licensure standards, and accreditation bodies as appropriate; • Develops and maintains a quality assurance/risk management plan that addresses health and safety of the employees, residents and institution; Oversight, development and maintenance of Facility Emergency Response Plan; Oversight of Critical Incident review and process; • Human Resource Facility Specialist; Conducts performance reviews; Monitors employee performance evaluations; coaches/counsels execution of employee disciplinary actions; staff development, training and new hire orientation; Policy and Procedure Development;• Oversight and maintenance of archiving and related processes to ensure critical documentation is archived, retained or destroyed according to state guidelines; • Serves as PREA Facility Compliance Manager; Ensures facility is compliant with Federal PREA Juvenile Standards; Collaborates with all State Agencies to ensure state of Wyoming is compliant with PREA; and • Member of the State Juvenile Probation Training Team; provides new hire training and on-going training for probation officers in the field regarding juvenile probation standards of practice, Juvenile Justice, Trauma Responsive Care, Adolescent Development and Family Engagement.
