As a licensed real estate property manager I provide hands-on oversight, regular site management, communication, problem resolution, and emergency response. I have a portfolio of multiple accounts, including condominiums, townhomes, and single family homes throughout Central Florida. I am responsible for rent collection, financial reporting, obtaining bids and maintaining relationships with a variety of service providers, including landscaping companies, maintenance contractors, air conditioning and heating companies, plumbers, electricians, and more. I am also responsible for listing homes within my department, sign and lock box placement, photography, performing move-in and move-out inspections, mid-lease inspections, filing evictions, preparing lease paperwork, handling service requests and touring prospective tenants. While my goal is always to foresee any issues and prevent them before happening, it’s typical for me to respond to unplanned situations, requiring quick thinking, resourcefulness, and the ability to solve any problem. As an office manager and licensed real estate assistant, I am a people-person along with being a systems person, integral to cultivating company culture. I interact with visitors, customers, clients, agents and employees at every level on a daily basis. I have strong written and organizational skills, efficiency, and personability. Day-to-day, I ensure operations run smoothly by doing everything from handling incoming phone calls, sending/replying to emails, managing schedules, overseeing supplies, and whatever else it takes to keep the company, broker and the entire team productive.I have lived in Central Florida for nearly 9 years with my family. We enjoy spending time together and running half marathons as a family.
