Process Packages in a timely Manner. Set up packages for delivery to Post Office Load materials and products into package processing equipment. Mark and label containers, container tags, or products, using marking tools. Remove completed or defective products or materials, placing them on moving equipment such as conveyors or in specified areas such as loading docks.

Locate and notify customers of delinquent accounts by mail, telephone, or personal visits to solicit payment. Locate and monitor overdue accounts, using computers and a variety of automated systems. Record information about financial status of customers and status of collection efforts. Receive payments and post amounts paid to customer accounts. Contact insurance companies to check on the status of claims payments and write appeal letters for denial on claims.
