As an experienced MCIPD qualified HR Director my role sits on the executive team of a multi-academy trust of schools. I have previously held senior HR posts in a number of private sector financial services organisations and for the last 6 years have worked for Bright Futures leading the HR function. I have a broad range of HR and executive leadership experience ranging from a deep specialist knowledge of employee relations, employment law, change management, employee engagement, operational and strategic HR, governance,performance management linked to organisational strategic aims and workplace culture. My skills include strategic thinking, influencing, people management, project management, emotional intelligence and communication. Working for an organisation that holds the same values as me is one of my non-negotiables.
