The Grand Pittwater Function Centre is located within North Ryde RSL. There are 4 independent rooms available for hire. Functions held range from large organisational events such as Weddings, and Multi-day Corporate Conferences/Meetings to a variety of other events such as Birthdays, Anniversaries, and Wakes. Main tasks involve:• Organisation and multi tasking• Quoting for prospective clients across a range of functions• Executing centre viewings for prospective clients as required• Taking function bookings across the phone and in person• Problem solving• Ensuring computer records are up to date and managed appropriately• Organising accounts, receipt of deposits, progress payments and full payments, chasing late payments• Rostering staff accordingly for various occasions and events• Managing full time, part time and casual staff• Liaise with other department heads to ensure all functions run smoothly and receiving feedback

Organising entire functions for clients from initial contact to being there on the night to ensure the function ran smoothly
