I have worked in the nursing field for over twenty-five years. I started at the front desk, working with patients and their families to promote their health needs. My duties include: medication administration, patient education on medical conditions, wound care, and educating patients on appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). I assist with or perform ADL's (Activities of Daily Living) and I'm an ear whenever needed for those that have sociological issues and I then forward those discussions to the medical professional in charge of that client's/patient's care. It has given me an over abundance of joy to help others in their healthcare and mental healthcare journey.
