Paved the way for the ONESOURCE Enhanced Integration project. As a member of the Provision Implementation team, I have implemented 24 Enhanced Integration projects in less than 3 months...from Mid March until May. While on the Enhanced Integration project, I worked closely with developers and programmers, tested with QA, trained the Implementation team, trained clients, trained Partners, created the outline for and established the Enhanced Integration Manual, Tips and Tricks, along with a Power Point Training deck. As a subject matter expert, I have met with client's on sales calls addressing specific needs and concerns, such as functionality and meeting their deadlines, including product demonstrations.As a Sr. Implementation Specialist in ONESOURCE Tax Provision, I have gained extensive knowledge of the software and provision processes that I can use as leverage for our current documentation, needs and processes. As a Sr. Business Analyst in product development and as the team supervisor, I developed detailed user manuals, and release notes. Also, I worked with QA to develop test plans that ensured the product was tested in all areas.As a Sr. InSource Training Specialist, I not only trained the clients, but also developed training documents for the standard regional coursework and the onsite personalized training courses including Power Point presentations. As a support representative for InSource Income Tax, I developed documentation for the clients to enable them to process their returns more efficiently.Good understanding of technical writing processes from concept to delivery including organization, writing, editing, and production. Excellent writing and technical skills with proven experience writing high-quality documentation for complex software products.Specialties: I love working with client's and helping them succeed with their software products. My favorite part of my job is training a client once they have their data implemented into the software.
