I started off as just a sales agent here with AMAX and was immediately put as the assistant manager. What I do is take care of Reports, make sure goals are being met per week, per month, try to find ways where we can grow as in office as one.

I was a customer service representative, I would tele market for the agency and service any customers needing to process any sort of changes to their life, home, or auto policies. I was able to learn so much in regards to insurance with this agency. Myriam Guerra was a great Boss/owner and so were my co-workers. I learned how to better service my customers through each and every interaction.

Helped my grandma achieve highest practical physical, mental and psychosocial well-being through individualized attention. Bathed, groomed, dressed, toileted and fed her to support activities of daily living. Maintained safe and sanitary work stations and equipment to reduce spread of germs, bacteria and other pathogens. Replaced bandages, dressings and binders to care for wounds and encourage healing. Planned, prepared and served meals and snacks according to prescribed diets.

Contributed to team success by completing jobs quickly and accurately. Instructed junior team members on protocols and procedures of each station to maximize contributions. Worked three to five stations each week to provide optimal coverage and meet production goals. Developed strong cooperative relationships with coworkers and managers.
