Responsible for all Pacific North/South and Southwest Regional Branch Offices consisting of 500+ Financial Advisors and their administrators on all commissions matter, including all trades transacted for payments dueCoordination of all Monthly and Quarterly Incentive Bonuses contingent upon their commissions earned based on their accumulative earnings as contracted with Wachovia SecuritiesCoordinate all order errors and trade corrections within a specific timeframe in conjunction with the various regulating departmental policiesReconciliation of all branch offices' monetary disbursement to monthly earnings of each Financial Advisors and assigning such specific expenses to their branch ledgersCalculation of all taxes such as Social Security and Employee Expense Allocation to Financial Advisors regarding their Sales Assistants based on their originating state's tax lawsProcess all pre-tax and post-tax deductions to Financial Advisors' monthly net earnings mostly consisting of monthly Draw checks, state registration fees, Sales Assistant salaries and general office related expensesHeavy phone contact with Managers and Department Directors as well as Senior Regional Vice Presidents on a daily basis on matters warranting resolution for Financial Advisors inquiries relating to commissions and appropriation of funds

Processing multi-state New Hires, Terminations, Transfers, Leave of Absence in multi-stateProcessing and reconciliation of all Financial Advisors and Financial Advisor in Training tax setup based upon their individual earningsMonitor all weekly, semi-monthly and monthly earnings for Managers and their staff. Monitor and Process all hourly and overtime payroll consisting of over 1200 employees on a monthly and semi-monthly basisResearch and process payments for all relocation requests for employees residing in multi-statesGenerate manual checks daily which include employee's bonuses, salary increases, severances, relocation funds, salary advances, referral awards, tax adjustments and refundsInitiate and maintain bookkeeping procedures for all accounts receivable and general ledgers for all wage garnishmentAuthorize branch offices to issue manual checks to employees with the appropriate account numbersQuality control of employee's profile requesting personal/business loans and direct depositsLiaison to senior management and branch offices regarding inquires of monies charged to Financial Advisors for Sales Assistants employed through outside temporary staffing agenciesHeavy phone contact with Financial Advisors, Administrative personnel, Regional Directors and Branch Managers regarding all aspects of employee payroll inquiries

Initiate independent correspondence relating to matters of Executive Committee's daily and weekly agendas within the Finance DivisionCoordinate all office functionsPreparation, control and management of confidential reports including employees' appraisals and salary structureParticipated and contributed to the development of the Quality Assurance Control Committee for PSIMaintained department's petty-cash in excess of $1,000Heavy phone contact with department supervisors and managers on a daily basis
