I work for Motus Commercials, in Burton-upon-Trent,it's a brand new challenge, which I am very much looking forward to. having spent some 18 years with the Mercedes Benz network this will assist within my new role.My previous experience in the Automotive Industry has been 3 years with BMC, for Bus, Coach and Truck. were i was a Warranty Manager, but also controlled the parts ordering and stores despatch of parts through the dealer network.My roles have taken me to VW, Jaguar and Ferrari for 17 years, prior to entering into the Commercial world of Truck, Van, Coach and Bus.I have a tenacious approach to gaining business, but also know that building a rapport with the customer is key to continued and repeat business moving forward.
