An online community of naturalists who enjoy learning about and sharing our observations of insects, spiders, and other related creatures.

Work with classroom teachers to provide academic and behavioral support to students. Paraprofessionals work directly with classroom teachers and are expected to assist in small group instruction and working directly with students upon the request of the classroom teacher. Paraprofessionals also assist with classroom setup, preparation of materials, and providing assistance with other organizational needs.

Maintaining 8 commercial/residential properties by cleaning, completing repairs, planning renovations, contracting needed services, and supervising repairs. Assist in establishing rental rates, advertising vacancies, checking references and credit reports of tenants, paying bills, and analyzing costs. Conduct tours of the properties, review rental agreements, conduct inspections and respond to tenant needs.

Assist with office work as needed. Duties include maintaining listings, updating information in Access Database, loading new listings online and the MLS, obtaining needed documents from the courthouse and other online sources, editing photos, and other regular office duties such as filing, copying, etc.

Scheduling courses, processing Personnel Action Forms, rental agreements, state reporting, budgeting, professional development travel and budget, purchase requisitions, answering general student inquiries and other offices duties as needed.
